A booking is only valid after receipt of the deposit. The deposit paid (minus any possible bank fees) will be credited to your final invoice.

In the event of a cancellation, a processing fee of €15 will be charged.

• The pitch is available from 1:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
• If you wish to arrive in the morning, an early check-in is possible only by prior arrangement and subject to availability. An additional fee applies.
• If you expect to arrive after 7:00 p.m., please inform us in advance. Without prior notice, we can only hold the pitch until 8:00 p.m., after which it may be reassigned.
• On the day of departure, the pitch must be vacated by 11:30 a.m. at the latest.

Early departure or late arrival

• Fees for unused days will not be refunded.
• Pitches that have already been vacated may be reallocated.
• Delays in arrival, early departures, or no-shows – for example, due to bad weather – cannot be accepted as grounds for a (partial) refund of the deposit.

Pitch allocation

The campsite management reserves the right to make changes to the pitch assignment if required for organizational reasons.
If an adjustment is necessary, no separate notification will be issued.

• Up to 21 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit, minus a €15 processing fee.
• From 21 days before arrival: the deposit will be retained.
• In case of early departure: the full booking amount will be charged.

Important note:
Cancellations must be made in writing.
A right of withdrawal under § 18 Abs. 1, 10 FAGG does not apply.

We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation and interruption insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen events and risks.

Variable pricing means that our prices are not fixed, but flexibly adjust to demand, season, and booking time.
Depending on occupancy, prices may vary – slightly higher during peak demand periods and lower during quieter times.
