Booking conditions
Send us the completed enquiry form. for your booking. After the offer has been confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation with a request for a deposit of 120.00 EUR to be transferred to our account within 7 days, free of charge. After receipt of the deposit we will send you a confirmation and the booking is binding.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing. The right of withdrawl according to § 18 Abs. 1, 10 FAGG does not apply, but we apply the following cancellation conditions:
- For cancellations up to 21 days before arrival you will be refunded 100% of your deposit
- For cancellations within 21 days before arrival the deposit will not be refunded
- In the case of early departure 100% of the costs will be charged
