Our mill is not only a real eye-catcher on the campsite, but also a place where tradition comes to life.
Especially during the summer months, it attracts young and old alike when the mill is brought back to life once a week.
From fresh grain, we produce fine flour, and from that we bake crispy, fragrant bread together.
The still warm bread can be enjoyed right on site during a hearty, traditional snack in a friendly atmosphere – and of course, it can also be purchased.
Every Monday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, during July and August, our mill comes to life. Join us as fresh grain is transformed into crispy bread and experience a true taste of Tyrol.
